Holiday hangovers are tough. The cocktails are long gone, and so are the days of soaking up the sun from a deck chair. As I spent today fighting the urge to get on the next plane to Tahiti, a friend sent me this quote. "Instead of wondering when your next vacation is, maybe you should set up a life you don't need to escape from."
Is this the universe telling me I need to bite the bullet and become a writer? I feel like there have been so many signs lately I need to be brave and stop ignoring them. A life where I am lucky enough to spend my days writing is a life I would not want a vacation from! Today I am grateful for another sign.
