| Seriously...there must be a better name for a business |
Tonight we put our traveler mindset on and opted
for dinner in a local market. It was fantastic. We had amazing dumplings for the
price of a beer in a standard restaurant. This trip has reminded me that even
when you are travelling for work, you can throw yourself into the local culture.
You are guaranteed to take more out of the experience when you do. Another highlight
of this evening was the name of one of a stall in the local market - Pig's Organ
Soup & Kway Chap. They lost me at pig's organ. I'm all for going local, but
I had to draw the line here. Singapore, our love affair and laughs continue.
