Just letting go - 26th July 2012
Today my body called a time out because I've been pushing it to hard. Why do we all think we are super human? I know I need to eat better, exercise more and most of all, stress less. I know it, but I'm not doing it. Today was a good reminder that I have to change things in my life. My body has spoken and finally I'm ready to listen. I need to master the art of letting go. I'm grateful for my body kicking me up the arse before it's to late. De-stressing is now my new focus.
