I could watch these two all day

I love it when kids say exactly what they are thinking. Their honesty is both hilarious and enlightening. Being the grown up you think you have all of the answers and you are guiding them through life. But in one simple moment they turn the tables. Today I watched Dad as he helped my niece put her big girls boots on. Dad thought he was doing wonders getting the first shoe on, but before he could reach for the second one, Payten stopped him in his tracks. "No Poppy," she sighed in disgust. "You need to zip it up like this. Look, I'll show you". Yes Mini P, you certainly will. Dad and I had a thoroughly good laugh.
