Today's post is an aspirational one. I've said
before that it rarely occurs to me that the world may not want to hear my
opinion. Almost every time I have a thought, I share it. When I read this quote
today and it forced me to shut my mouth immediately. I've been getting better
at the first two this year through a dedicated effort. It's the last bit that still
needs some work. I haven’t mastered the stop button. Today I am setting myself
a new goal – to actively practice the art of stopping.
