Ok, here we go. It's the end of the day on the last day of holidays. I just caught myself mid shower giving 'me' a big pep talk. I know, it's odd, but I do some of my best thinking /problem solving in the shower. Despite the end of my holiday existence looming, the pep talk went well. It's official, I am taking a new approach to work this year - less stress, greater work life balance and more realistic expectations of myself. I'm feeing positive and empowered. This all sounds funny now, lets see how tomorrow goes. Fingers crossed.
