Feeling inspired. Yoga may be the answer - 4th Jan 2012
The yoga buzz is still surging through my veins, or is it the lactic acid surging through my muscles? The brain feels invigorated and calm all at the same time, however my muscles are like those of a couch potato who jumped straight off the couch and attempted a marathon.
I found this quote in the pic on my new yoga bag. I love it. I'm going to add this to my 2012 Bucket List and attempt something that scares me each day.
